Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting business analysis to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to support efforts to ensure consistency and efficiency. The resource may support teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with basic to moderate complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the division. Supports efforts to track progress of the division’s activities to goals.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience OR 5 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
* Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
* Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.
* Analytical and information synthesis skills
* Verbal and written communication and organization skills
* Experience with changing assignments and priorities
* PC proficiency to include MS Office products
Preferred Required Job Qualifications:
* Health insurance or healthcare industry experience*Knowledge of medical and health insurance/managed care industry terminology.
*Knowledge of benefit provisions of group contacts.
*Experience with HCSC Systems/Database including claims and customer service systems.
*Basic understanding of healthcare reform and implications on client accounts.
*Experience with Blue Chip system or similar health care systems capabilities and/or process.
*Ability and willingness to travel including overnight stay as necessary.
*Experience multi-tasking, decision making, prioritizing workflow, working independently, and meeting deadlines.
*Experience working independently and in group settings and responding to rapidly changing priorities.
This position sits on site with client (Austin, TX); Required days on site: Tues, Wed and Thurs.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
