Build in accordance with the Campaign Business Requirements (include html coding for dynamic content): Build a campaign in the tool based on BRD (Business Requirements Document).
Provider will develop code in HTML to work around any tool limitations on setting up dynamic content campaigns in accordance with AstraZeneca standards and guidelines
Build and Deploy in accordance with the Campaign Business Requirements Build a list in the tool based on BRD that includes appropriate local market suppressions.
Segmentation Lite: HCP or consumer group segmentation based on simple business requirements Basic, (for clarity, leveraging existing customer attributes), e.g. generate list of HCP based on specialty and zip code grouping
Asset Link / Metadata Testing: Ability to test accuracy of links and metadata in campaigns, particularly when integrated with 3rd party vendors or sites
Capture meta-data generated by tool (e.g. campaign ID Manage) and provide campaign level meta-data to integration partners (AstraZeneca 3rd party vendors)
Campaign Workflow Test & Approval: Test campaign accuracy per agreed metric before deployment and provide test results for Market approval. Provider will conduct appropriate testing based on the complexity of the Campaign which will minimally include a test checklist
Assist, and where appropriate resolve campaign issues
Generate target ‘list pulls’ upon request
Execution - Run the campaign execution tool, send the campaign through identified channels and create post campaign logs.
Campaign Deployment, Monitoring & Auditing: Deploy campaigns and monitor status of a deployment. Provide ongoing internal quality assurance audits to map campaigns against requirements and monitor against expected results on a frequency determined by the campaign frequency
Execution of Adobe strategy for drip Email IP Reputation Impact testing through review and monitoring (for example: ‘throttling’ of an email population into smaller components)
Content Deployment: deploy campaign content as detailed in the Campaign Plan
Attend Omnichannel campaign Customer Experience New Demand Assessments to review User Stories and discuss User journeys, channels, vendors, badges, integrations and activations.
Attend relevant IT (OMNI, MAD and OPEN) sprint demos to manage campaign delivery expectations.
Comprehend Tealium data load process and storage retention procedures. Manage data requests for omnichannel targeting and stitching.
3 to 5 years of experience in campaign development using Adobe Campaign/Neolane
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications
Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Strong customer service focus
Engaging and friendly personality
Collaborative, flexible and a team player
Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams, executing promotions or campaigns
Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management
Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
Experience with marketing customer data models
