      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate member participation in local outreach initiatives and identify community needs
      - Plan and execute monthly Serve Saturday events to engage and disciple campus members
      - Coordinate international mission trips and ensure compliance with guidelines and training
      - Increase campus awareness and education regarding sending efforts and missions
      - Support and care for missionaries sent from the campus and engage the congregation in their efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Heart and passion for missions, mercy, and justice
      - Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to handle personal and confidential information discreetly
      - Capacity to build relationships within the campus and the broader community
      - Must be a member of The Summit Church or willing to become a member

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in outreach, missions, or ministry roles
      - Familiarity with community service initiatives and volunteer coordination
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups
