What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of High Value Customers, focusing on retention, renewal, and growth opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize data analytics to drive product usage and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and problem resolution
- Monitor and analyze client usage patterns to provide insights and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or relevant experience
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably in the tax and accounting software industry
- Strong understanding of tax and accounting processes and software solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM systems
