- Req#: 55802
- The role involves the organisation of the team’s work processes, including the creation and monitoring of schedules as well as the delivery of training to new starters and peers.
- Adherence to policies, procedures and completion of mandatory training is critical.
- The role entails prioritisation of workload, the monitoring of workflow and client communications, to ensure completion of tasks prior to market driven deadlines.
- Reconciliation, query resolution, data entry and verification into core applications are required on a daily basis.
- The successful candidate will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent client service.
- Continuous process improvement is also major focus within the team.
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Previous experience in finance / banking area will be looked upon favourably
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Experience of working in a team
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- Literate in IT, including Microsoft Office

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative to join our Corporate trust, EMEA team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
