      What we do:

      As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $120 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $782 billion in non-discretionary assets as of December 31, 2023.

      The Opportunity:

      The Client Solutions Support Associate will provide primary assistance to the global Client Solutions Team serving the Midwest US territory to generate new business and service existing relationships. In addition, the Associate will support the firm’s sales and marketing efforts by maintaining informational databases and the preparation of questionnaires and presentation materials for prospective clients.

      This position will work closely with a number of professionals in various departments across the firm to ensure deadlines are met, materials meet compliance requirements and data points are accurate. This includes preparation of presentations to prospective clients, as needed and coordinating instructions/edits between the Marketing Department, Graphic Designers, Compliance and the Client Solutions professionals.

      Please note that this position does not directly involve sales or prospecting.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Work with the territory managers and full team to aid in developing new business contacts and client relationships
      • Assist with various sales and client related activities in the respective geographies including:
        • Maintain sales activities and new business pipeline for the designated region in CRM
        • Leverage CRM data to help support the sales leads to strategize prospecting for new opportunities
        • Act as internal support for various sales related activities
        • Manage the coordination efforts for presentations and meetings with prospective and clients
        • Manage the response to RFPs in conjunction with the RFP/Content Team
        • Work directly with other representatives throughout the firm to ensure superior level of client service
        • Other sales-related projects as necessary
      • Help support prospect and existing investor relationships across the region through proactive outreach as well as responding to various requests. Includes coordinating with the broader Hamilton Lane team.

      Your background will include:

      • College degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A)
      • 2-4 years’ experience in a related financial services role
      • Must be detail oriented and organized and able to handle multiple assignments
      • Experience supporting sales function, a plus
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
