What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and screen candidates to generate leads for recruitment of clinicians
- Effectively close candidates by addressing concerns during contract negotiations
- Document all activity in the contact management system (Salesforce)
- Build and maintain relationships with regional leadership and recruiters
- Assist in the production of compensation surveys and analyses for leadership consideration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or equivalent sales/healthcare experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle a heavy workload under deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
- Proven track record of sourcing viable candidates for positions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or clinical field
- Ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful relationships with clinicians
- Familiarity with medical licensing requirements and processes
- Experience with various sourcing methods, including cold calling and social media outreach
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
