Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned protocols, acting as a link between Country Operations and the clinical trial team.
- Manage and oversee the execution and performance of assigned studies, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP, country regulations, and company policies.
- Review Monitoring Visits Reports and escalate performance issues and training needs to management.
- Conduct quality control visits as required.
- Lead local study teams, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute a local risk management plan for assigned studies.
- Ensure compliance with CTMS, eTMF, and other key systems.
- Collaborate with functional outsourcing vendors, investigators, and other external partners.
- Build business relationships and represent the company with investigators.
- Support the development of local and regional strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with internal functions to align on key issues and decisions across trials.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in clinical research.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to make independent decisions and oversee clinical research activities.
- Knowledge of local regulatory environment.
- Scientific and clinical research knowledge.
- Understanding of clinical trial planning, management, and metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language.
- Strategic thinking and ability to work in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of cultural diversity.
- Diplomatic and empathic skills to build professional relationships.
Additional Information:
- This job requires up to 30% travel.
- This job is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

- Salary range: $107,600.00 - $169,400.00. Benefits include bonus eligibility, health care, retirement, and more.
