      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day assigned study responsibilities to ensure deliverables are met during all trial phases
      - Contribute to the development of study documents, including protocols and consent forms
      - Assist in clinical development strategy, budget management, and study-level timeline oversight
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Lead to perform key tasks in the clinical trial process
      - Support the maintenance of trial metrics and assist with submissions to regulatory authorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of trial coordination experience in a clinical research environment, with up to 5 years preferred
      - Bachelor’s degree in a science-based subject; advanced degree preferred
      - Solid understanding of drug development processes and FDA/ICH GCP guidelines
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
