Help to develop and manage the end to end research for the TRESemmé brand
Support the long & short term growth agenda, identifying trends & growth spots
Understand business performance, priorities and cross functional needs
Develop and lead learning plans
Helping to brief, manage, and land innovation and communication projects in support of BU and Brand CMI lead
Passion for beauty and staying abreast of consumer trends
Leverage all the tools and insights at our fingertips/ bringing everything together to land clear and concise story that ultimately drives business action
Help manage CMI budgets
Engage in and facilitate relationships across other CMI teams, agency partners, CTI, cross functional teams
Growth mind-set and a bias for action.
Ability to challenge established norms in a constructive way and drive change
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to manage a large and complex set of stakeholders & drive action
Experience of working effectively in cross functional teams
3+ years of experience in marketing or market research driving holistic category/brand growth
Strong experience in both innovation and communication development is the priority
Mastering qualitative & quantitative research techniques, with experience in-market data analysis
End to end project management with agency partners
Familiarity with data sources a plus: Circana (IRI), Numerator, Kantar, Mintel
Ability to turn complex to simple and understandable for non-tech audience
Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills
Professional, fact-based rather than fact-filled
Curiosity and strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and can-do outlook, self-motivated
Business Context and Job Summary
As we continue to build a positive Beauty culture in North America, there is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial and consumer-obsessed Insights professional who can comfortably flex across BG and BU. This is a hybrid role business partnering with TRESemmé as well as leading key category initiatives in North America.
For TRESemmé, you will play a key role in shaping the Brand strategy, portfolio, driving innovation and communication development and showing the Business key growth opportunities. You would be partnering key brand managers both within the US and those who touch the US business from the global team.
Given TRESemmé is the largest haircare brand in the US and within the haircare portfolio, this is a high priority brand and plays a key role in the company’s strategy and growth ambition. The role requires someone who can deftly balance the needs of the global brand and the market.
In the US, you will be part of the North America B&W CMI team, delivering key category initiatives to land insight and identify growth opportunities, including; brand equity across the US portfolio, shelf presence initiatives at the Ciic, etc.
This role reports to the CMI Lead for B&W North America with a dotted line to the Global Head of CMI for TRESemmé brand.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
