      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute communication strategies to engage and inform associates
      - Lead communications projects and campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Employee, Corporate, or External Communications, Marketing, or related field
      - Strong understanding of communication strategies and associate engagement
      - Proficiency in content creation for diverse audiences and channels
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics for decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business
      - 5 years of relevant experience in Employee, Corporate, or External Communications, Marketing, or related field
      - Experience with storytelling and associate engagement initiatives
      - Familiarity with brand and style guidelines
      - Proven track record of successful communication campaigns
