      Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

      Ocean Spray is hiring for an Associate Communications Manager on our xELERATE team in Lakeville, MA! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers.       A Day in the Life...

      • Create own and execute xELERATE program communication plan:

      • In conjunction with PMO, develop a communications strategy that covers the complete delivery life cycle, which identifies and addresses the key communication challenges.

      • Design, develop, & implement:

      • Regular status updates and dashboards for xELERATE leadership.

      • Plan for consistent companywide updates.

      • Communication vehicles, toolkits, and other required media (including SharePoint site) to support ongoing communication needs.

      • Maintain and manage the program email inbox and program website.

      • Collaborate with Internal Communications to ensure appropriate communication standards are followed, and to distribute broad communications.

      • Align communication activities to broader Ocean Spray communication planning needs.

      • Work directly with program team members to gather details to inform targeted stakeholder communications and build into communications plan.

      • Collaborate with OCM Lead and Training Lead on broader change management activity and relevant communications.

      Education:

      Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)

      Work Experience:

      Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 Years
