What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in facilitating the seven elements of the PHP/PHA Compliance Program, including policies, oversight, and training
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to identify and resolve compliance-related risks
- Support the development and implementation of effective compliance training and education programs
- Engage with compliance documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Provide insights on compliance-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in health insurance, compliance, legal experience, or a highly regulated industry
- Proven ability to identify relational impacts of compliance risks and work under supervision to address them
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of experience in health insurance, compliance, or legal fields
- Experience with auditing or monitoring compliance processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
