- Execute configuration updates, user/security changes, and other configuration changes within the scope of the service model.
- Monitor queues, investigate issues and resolve in a professional collaborative manner and Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Document and track changes, effectively communicating to customers before, during and after a requested change and Help improve the delivery and scalable model of the team.
- Collaborate with team members across the Managed Service organization to ensure quality delivery of service.
- Escalate complex items to Manager with proposed solutions and Take ownership of your assigned customers/tasks.
- Ability to track time, document actions and provide alternative solutions to customer requests.
- Ability to work within any of the following managed service organizations:
- Diversity, Content/Catalog Management, Administration, Analytics, Category & Sourcing Strategy
- 2-4 years Coupa (or similar) administration or support.
- Platform knowledge or comparable ERP/P2P suite.
- Solid grasp of P2P processes and basic reporting.
- Clear communicator.
- Ability to give and receive feedback well.
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with remote teamwork.
