What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and lead improvement strategies and initiatives
- Perform assessments to identify root causes of problems and financial opportunities
- Collect and analyze data, gather client requirements, and define solutions
- Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Create and present updates and strategies for achieving objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline
- 3-7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years on the production floor
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies
- Ability to lead multiple activities and resources
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and APICS certifications
