What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with content leadership and stakeholders to execute customer-focused content strategies
- Conduct market research to understand user issues, trends, and preferences
- Develop a network of contacts, identifying potential authors and subject matter experts
- Plan and propose market-focused content to ensure business growth
- Monitor portfolio performance and support promotional and sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education in Communications, English, Education, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and work independently as well as in a team

- Understanding of the publishing process and experience in a related field
- Experience in managing content portfolios or similar projects
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools
