What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train external presenters on live event platforms, specifically Zoom
- Provide real-time support for course moderators, presenters, and participants during live webinars and virtual conferences
- Design engaging learning experiences utilizing the latest webinar technology
- Review and format course materials from external presenters to align with brand guidelines
- Create accessible PDF handouts and publish course content to the learning management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, education, or a related field; or 3 years of relevant experience in webinar production
- Proficiency with Zoom Webinar and Zoom Events production
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration
- 2 years of experience in online learning practices and technology
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.0 media guidelines
- Familiarity with Mac, PC, and Google products suite
- Strong problem-solving skills in an online classroom environment
