      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
      - Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department
      - Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations under oath
      - Defend assigned matters by trial or dispositive hearing
      - Document files in a clear and professional manner for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-6+ years of litigation experience in insurance, defense, and/or personal injury
      - Juris Doctor degree
      - Admission to the California Bar and must be licensed in good standing
      - Ability to travel for trials, hearings, depositions, and conferences
      - Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in civil litigation and insurance defense-related litigation
      - Professional communication skills in person, via telephone, and written correspondence
