      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
      - Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department
      - Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions/examinations before trial
      - Defend all matters assigned by trial or dispositive hearing
      - Document files in a clear, concise, professional manner for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-6+ years of experience in related field, including Liability and/or PIP
      - Juris Doctor degree REQUIRED
      - Admission to the State Bar where you will be practicing REQUIRED
      - Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the relevant state
      - Must be able to travel as required for trials, hearings, and other professional obligations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in civil litigation
      - Experience in insurance defense-related litigation
      - Strong professional communication skills in person, via telephone, and in written correspondence
