      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
      - Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department
      - Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations before trial
      - Defend assigned matters by trial or dispositive hearing
      - Document files clearly and concisely for understanding by clients and colleagues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-6+ years of experience in a related field
      - Juris Doctor degree
      - Admission to the Nevada Bar
      - Licensed in good standing to practice law in Nevada, meeting mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements
      - Ability to travel for trials, hearings, and conferences as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in civil litigation
      - Knowledge of insurance defense-related litigation
      - Strong professional communication skills, both in person and in written correspondence
