What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
- Provide opinions on coverage, medical necessity/causation, damages, and value for the Claims Department
- Prepare and handle arbitration submissions, examinations under oath, and defend matters by trial or dispositive hearing
- Document files in a clear, concise, and professional manner for various stakeholders
- Follow complex instructions and facilitate conflict resolution while managing multiple priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury
- Juris Doctor degree
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar and must be licensed in good standing
- Ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, and meetings
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn and apply technical information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in civil litigation
- Insurance defense-related litigation experience
- Professional communication skills in person, via telephone, and written correspondence
