      You are:

      We seek an Associate Creative Director with experience leading brand creative, content creation and content strategy projects with emphasis on campaigns that live across a brand's digital ecosystem. This position needs someone who can work both as an individual contributor, as well as the lead for a team of writers, editor and proofreaders. Act as a key collaborator on an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions. You must be confident performing in front of the room, partnering with the clients, and expert at developing innovative ideas. This person must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy working on numerous projects at once. You must be comfortable working across all media (print, email, site content, social campaigns, ecommerce) and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm.

      Job Responsibilities

      1. Concept and direct ideas of the highest caliber
      2. Expertly manage all facets of the production process: pre-production and post-production, working and collaborating with producers, directors, photographers
      3. Lead a team of junior- and mid-level teams in an open and supportive way
      4. Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
      5. Be self-sufficient and able to work proactively and independently if required, with minor support from Creative Directors

      Job Qualifications

      1. A keen eye for design and awareness of current trends in related fields
      2. 5-8 years of experience in advertising or related fields
      3. Portfolio of award-winning or breakthrough work
      4. Ability to concept and execute ideas in many styles (comedy, drama, emotional, technical, etc.) across all media channels
      5. A willingness to travel when needed
