      Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

      Design

      • Responsible for the clear articulation of the visual brand
      • Responsible for communicating all enhancements and nuances of the brand to the clients and team members
      • Responsible for ensuring all elements of the brand are working in harmony in a consistent way
      • Responsible for informed, thoughtful art direction, whether that work is self-created or created by team members

      Conceptin g

      • Partner with a writer to develop compelling creative concepts
      • Review existing materials, gather appropriate in-house resources, and identify further research needs to begin a project
      • Evaluate other's work based on the core criteria:
      1. On brand: Aligns with current brand standards,
      2. On strategy: Aligns with current creative brief and client-provided documentation,
      3. Clear, compelling, and stylish
      4. Extendable and able to flow eff ortlessly through an entire brand

      Producti on

      • Seek out and art directs photographers, illustrators, and other suppliers to produce high-quality work for clients
      • Develop comprehensive shot list and gets buy in from internal team and clients
      • Direct on-site video and photo shoot
      • Review post-production with accuracy and details

      Presenting

      • Present to and communicates with clients without supervision.
      • Client communications should lead to a shared understanding of changes needed and next steps for all deliverables. This includes:
      • Articulating design vision ensuring client buy-in
      • Offering strategic rationale for what was created
      • Explaining deliberate tone differentiation from competition

      Team Interaction/Management

      • Responsible for informing AT/PM team when inadequate information exists for particular part of an ask
      • Responsible for strong relationships with other agency team members outside of the creative group along as well as clients.
      • Work with other team members to find solutions to challenging problems
      • Take time to work with his/her direct reports on both areas in need of improvement as well as teaching them to leverage inherent assets.
      • Deliver constructive feedback, early/often and in-person.
      • Incorporate ideas and make revisions in response to the feedback and criticisms of clients and team members in a business-like, open-minded manner. Offer well-reasoned and thoughtful critiques of others’ work

      Product & Content Knowledge

      • Understand product, category and competition so that can easily jump into any strategic discussion
      • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the brand narrative, key messages and data along with the ability to verbally communicate it internally and to clients

      Strategy

      • Engage in strategic conversations with client
      • Represent creative team with another senior representative of the agency (account, strategy)

      Business Development

      • Participate in new business development opportunities with established clients
      • Promote, when appropriate , other agency services to established clients (planning, interactive)
      • Assume a role in new business pitches

      Creative & Agency Leadership

      • Develop sound understanding of agency experience and full range of agency capabilities
      • Is clear and consistent in direction and is a role model for the rest of his/her team in terms of work ethic and dependability

      Qualifications:

      Education Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree and or art/design/portfolio school, strong portfolio

      Minimum Required:

      • 7 years design related experience in advertising or marketing agency; Healthcare Industry/Medical Field, preferred; Advanced conceptual ability with sophisticated design sense

      Other Required:

      • Knowledge of Mac OS platform, as well as all current design software, including, but not limited to, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop; Proficiency of Microsoft Office (notably PowerPoint and Word); proficiency of pre-press production, and proficiency with communication/documentation platforms such as, ProofHQ , Workfront, etc.

      Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

      $105,000 $144,000 USD
