      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and own brand voice strategy across all customer touchpoints, driving acquisition and retention KPIs
      - Lead cross-functional creative concepting sessions to generate breakthrough messaging ideas
      - Collaborate with a dedicated creative team to execute integrated campaigns
      - Analyze content performance and utilize data to inform messaging decisions
      - Act as a strategic partner across departments to ensure alignment with performance and branding goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of creative copywriting experience with proven leadership in brand voice development
      - Strong portfolio showcasing strategic messaging across multiple channels
      - Experience leading cross-functional creative projects and managing both internal and external teams
      - Background in performance copywriting, including knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization
      - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to present concepts to leadership and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of feline behavior, cat culture, and the cat-human relationship
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain brand voice guidelines for various audiences
      - Comfortable tackling challenging themes and sparking culture-disrupting conversations
