- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Operations and other members of the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute creative solutions that meet the company's objectives and brand standards. n
- Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure that all materials meet the company's creative standards and are delivered on time and within budget. n
- Develop and present creative concepts and ideas that support the company's marketing and business objectives. n
- Serve as a brand steward by managing, designing and evolving the GroupM brand identity and assets . n
- Thoroughly understand and clearly convey a cohesive brand voice throughout all marketing materials . n
- Provid e creative support for internal and external events . n
- Maintain ongoing relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute creative projects as needed. n
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities to enhance GroupMu2019s marketing efforts. n
- Manage the development and production of all creative materials, including digital and print ads, social media content, videos and other marketing collateral. n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of all internal and external presentations and projects . n
- 10 + years of experience in creative direction or a related role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and strategic thinking. n
- A track record of compelling and responsive communication design work and output . n
- T echnical communications skills, brand-building experience and experience working within various digital environments and platforms . n
- Experience managing creative processes with internal teams and freelancers . n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. n
- Ability to work eff iciently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. n
- Master in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and other creative software tools. n

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
