      The Opportunity

      The Associate Creative Director (ACD) for Content Creation encompasses all the attributes and responsibilities of a Senior Art Director, plus a proven track record of creating brand videos that live on the internet. Preferably for a B2B brand that makes products understandable, human, and digestible to new audiences. Inspiring and innovative in our approach, we have a wide breath of stories to tell across motion, animation and video.

      You should also be a strong strategic thinker who can envision how to tell product stories in a way that feels grounded in clear, simple language for our audience. You will also be mentoring other creatives on narrative, storyboards, story arcs, b-roll use, overall understanding as well as the nuances in this discipline. Relationships are key here - having great relationships across the team (i.e. business teams, operations, producers, creative directors and senior leaders) is key, as is no ego.

      To be successful in this role, you'll have a portfolio filled with innovative, multi-channel videos that serve as examples of brand building and product marketing. Be able to present creative, explain the vision, as well as the goals.

      What you'll Do

      Driver of video—Drive the animation, video and motion creative storytelling process to achieve the larger business goals.

      • Create clear storyboard narratives with an authentic brand voice, centering on our products and customer stories
      • Work across studio and BU with the team to bring the vision to life, gathering feedback from stakeholders along the way, while working directly with editors on lock, color, music, lighting, etc.
      • Understand organization vision and actively align efforts to achieve that vision
      • Help set goals to achieve business objectives
      • Promote mission and goals internally and externally
      • Broad expertise across disciplines—Must demonstrate working-knowledge and a complete understanding of their space (both interactive and video)
      • Proven ability working in domain area – Let’s see your work
      • Identifies and envisions whole customer journeys
      • Has played a significant role in the development and delivery of videos
      • Leads and encourages members across teams in new projects

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $81,800 -- $187,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.       At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

      In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
