What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content for social media and direct-to-customer channels
- Collaborate with various teams to strategize and produce multimedia content
- Maintain the U.S. Content Calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
- Optimize content based on industry trends and platform updates for maximum engagement
- Manage the approval process for promotional materials and content assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in creative media design, graphic design, or content creation (OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree)
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different platforms
- Basic graphic design and video editing technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise social media management platforms, preferably Sprout Social
- Familiarity with email marketing software platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing techniques
