Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from intake and briefing to execution, approval, and deployment.
Learn and utilize Workfront to track project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
Partner with the Traffic Manager to prioritize workloads and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
Identify project roadblocks, resolve or escalate as necessary, ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets.
Ensure creative assets are properly uploaded, tagged, and categorized in Workfront and digital asset management (DAM) platforms (e.g., Bynder, Seismic).
Work with marketing teams to ensure assets are available in the right platforms for different user groups, including sales teams, field teams, and external partners.
Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm assets are formatted correctly and aligned with brand standards before deployment.
Act as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, and technology teams to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
Work with Marketing Technology Platform Managers to understand asset distribution needs across Seismic, LiveSocial, ON24, and other platforms.
Track project status, providing updates to stakeholders.
Provide post-project analysis to optimize future creative workflows.
Experience: 2+ years in creative project management, marketing operations, or traffic management within an agency or in a corporate marketing environment.
Project Management Tools: Some experience in Workfront (or similar project management tools) required.
Marketing Technology Knowledge: Some experience working with DAM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Organizational & Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
Play a critical role in optimizing creative workflows and asset management.
Collaborate with talented designers, copywriters, and marketing technology teams.

Our Marketing Operations team ensures that marketing materials are developed, executed, and delivered efficiently to the right channels and audiences. This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics.
Job Summary
The Associate Creative Project Manager will be responsible for diving in and learning to manage end-to-end creative project workflows, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final delivery. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between creative teams (designers, copywriters), marketing teams, and marketing technology platform managers to ensure assets are delivered on time, within scope, and optimized for deployment across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate has some project management experience, familiarity with Workfront, and an understanding of creative workflows. This person must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate across teams to drive efficient execution of creative projects.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
