      Cross Dock Associate

      Position Summary:

      The Cross Dock Associate role is to check-in product received at the assigned cross dock.

      Responsibilities:

      • Sweeping, mopping, and trash in lobby, break room, and restrooms.
      • Maintain a clean, clear, and organized work area at all times. Clean as you go.
      • Maintain assigned equipment, document equipment deficiencies to management.
      • Work safely, following applicable safety procedures.
      • Report safety issues and concerns immediately.
      • Works closely with other departments and leaders to ensure proper product movement and tracking.
      • Maintain minimum accepted levels of productivity as specified by department metrics.
      • Manage time effectively to minimize non-productive / non-value-added hours.
      • Assists with any other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Cross Dock Manager

      Qualifications:

      • Computer and clerical experience preferred.
      • Ability to occasionally move/position product weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
      • Must be able to occasionally position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
      • Must be able to constantly work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment.
      • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
      • High school diploma or GED is required.
