What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle sensitive telephone communications with callers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage member accounts efficiently, providing thorough responses to needs and requests
- Open new accounts for new and existing members
- Identify service and product needs to support the sales team
- Educate callers on benefits and features to promote first call resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of prior customer service or financial service industry experience
- Must be available to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CT for training and 9:35 am - 6:05 pm CT M-F with a Saturday shift after training
- Proficient in mainframe and PC-based applications in a multi-tasking environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
