What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle sensitive telephone communications with callers, providing excellent customer service
- Manage member accounts efficiently and accurately, addressing needs and requests
- Open new accounts for new and existing members
- Proactively identify service and product needs to support the sales team
- Educate callers on benefits, features, and solutions for first call resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of prior customer service or financial service industry experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Proficient in mainframe and PC applications in a multitasking environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
