- Conduct professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts in a high call volume environment
- Ability to problem solve and use time effectively in order to multitask and prioritize work
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Meet production goals, which is shown through policies written and Amica Life referrals
- High school or equivalent education required
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
- Ability to complete paid training upon hire and pass state insurance license exam
- Meet continuing education requirements to maintain license once received

Associate Customer Care Representative

Our office located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Customer Care Representative. This position involves telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts. Candidates should have customer service experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and a professional telephone presence. Previous sales experience is a plus. Must be able to pass state insurance license exam and meet continuing education requirements.
Responsibilities:
A starting salary range of $43,790 - $53,227 annually based on qualifications and experience within the Property and Casualty industry, with additional quarterly bonuses paid based on production. The 40-hour schedule will be 11am-7pm Tuesday through Friday and 8am-4pm on Saturday with the potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year. The Flex shift does come with a 10% shift differential.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently
