Job Description
- Req#: R3728823
- Creation and management of Return Material Authorization (RMA)
- Respond to customer calls and emails professionally.
- Perform all customer communication related to Return Material Authorization
- Process daily Shipping & Receiving for P/S
- Manage Department Repair Inventory
- Process Incoming Credit Returns
- Handle Customs inquiries to clear incoming shipments to GE MDS
- Create logins for eRMA website
- Create & send monthly RMA reports to customers
- Provide assistance to Order Entry as needed
- Any other task required
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in Customer service
- Previous electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GEMDS products is a plus
- PC skills - Oracle (production control system), Support Central, Microsoft Office, email.
- Regularly required to sit at the PC workstation, use the keyboard and mouse, prepare material for and lead meetings, handle serviced units for receiving and shipping, daily walking throughout facility, loading and pushing carts.
