- Conduct monthly dealership reviews to identify trends and potential issues
- Provide support and monitoring for active Dealer Partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement
- Manage performance and reviews of all Dealer Partners information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Banking/Finance Auto/Customer Service role
- Knowledge of Automobile Lease and Commercial rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel
