      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a full-time academic administrator collaborating with various departments and faculty
      - Maintain the quality and integrity of the program curriculum
      - Engage in faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation
      - Lead continuous program improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
      - Communicate effectively with leadership, faculty, staff, and students to foster a supportive environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD or DNP, with a Master’s in Nursing from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience
      - Significant record of contributions to the field of nursing and clinical practice experience as a nurse practitioner
      - Knowledge of nursing accreditation processes and experience with curriculum development
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment

      - Distance learning/online teaching experience
      - Experience with DNP scholarly projects and PhD dissertation committees
      - Commitment to inclusive teaching and learning
