What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified faculty and staff, while monitoring their performance
- Ensure alignment of learning experiences with the BSN curriculum and collaborate on implementation with the national team
- Develop plans for student success, focusing on retention, graduation rates, and NCLEX pass rates
- Facilitate effective communication and participation among faculty in curriculum planning and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and amend policies as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in nursing is required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in nursing education at the Bachelor level or above
- 2+ years of experience in simulation/clinical experience
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience
- Unencumbered Professional nursing licensure is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree in nursing or credit towards a doctorate degree
- 2+ years of experience in acute patient care, trauma, emergency, or medical-surgical environments
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with all levels of students, faculty, and staff
- Above average competency in Microsoft Suite of products
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
