What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership for campus-level faculty to ensure effective delivery of the BSN curriculum
- Participate in recruitment, selection, and evaluation of faculty and staff performance
- Collaborate with national academic committees to implement goals and projects
- Create plans for student success, including retention and graduation rates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and act as a liaison with local and state agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education at the Bachelor level or above
- 2+ years of experience in simulation/clinical experience required
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience required
- Unencumbered professional nursing licensure required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree in nursing or credit towards a doctorate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in acute patient care/trauma/emergency and/or medical-surgical environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Above average competency in Microsoft Suite of products
- Experience in developing and participating in simulation/clinical experiences
