What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Report to the Dean and/or Associate Dean II and collaborate with academic administrators, advising, staff, and faculty
- Maintain program curriculum quality and integrity, coordinating faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation
- Organize activities of specialization coordinators and work on faculty development matters with other service units
- Participate in College and University committee service, scholarship, and evaluate academic programs and student performance
- Develop and maintain a community among faculty and students

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD earned doctorate in the field of study or closely related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience at the degree level of the program
- Content area expertise related to the school's degree programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
