What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with farmers to review policies, procedures, and claim adjustments
- Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling conflicts while serving customers
- Support the Crop Claims Team in various relevant work rotations
- Engage with the agricultural community to address claims and service needs
- Complete the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) during the apprenticeship

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college-ready by Northeast Iowa Community College
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within designated territory
- Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles and lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities or community service
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills, especially in Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment
