What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with farmers to review policies, procedures, and claim adjustments
- Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling conflicts within the agricultural sector
- Serve customers in the agricultural community, addressing their needs and concerns
- Complete targeted online coursework and relevant work rotations during the apprenticeship
- Assist the Crop Claims Team in various operational tasks as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college-ready by Northeast Iowa Community College
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the designated territory
- No prior professional work experience required
- Ability to walk in agricultural fields, climb storage bins, and lift weights between 25 lbs to 50 lbs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Interest in a career serving the agricultural community
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities or significant voluntary community service
- Strong customer service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills, especially in Excel
