What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and website updates
- Assist in creating digital ad creative and managing organic social media content
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content for healthcare professional marketing communications
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital marketing strategies
- Assist with digital launch activities and online marketing initiatives to drive healthcare professional engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong analytical mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce
- Bilingual in English, German, French, or Spanish
