What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, website updates, and digital ad creative
- Create and manage organic social media content and field sales tools for HCP engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content for HCP marketing communications
- Assist in implementing regional/global campaigns and scaling best practices across international markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Marketing
- Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing best practices
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a highly regulated environment such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Consumer Healthcare
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce
- Bilingual in English, German, French, or Spanish
