What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and website updates
- Assist in creating and managing organic social media content and digital ad campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content for healthcare professional marketing communications
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital marketing strategies
- Assist in implementing regional/global campaigns and scaling best practices across international markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred field of study: Marketing)
- Relevant experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing and associated best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong analytical mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce
- Bilingual in English, German, French, or Spanish
