      Associate Digital Product Manager

      Work Mode: Hybrid

      Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI

      Opportunity

      We are seeking a talented Associate Digital Product Manager to join our R/Etail and Wholesale Digital Experience team. This product management role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring capabilities and outcomes continuously delight our customers and deliver business value. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and product data to identify opportunities to improve our sales enablement digital product offerings. You will work closely with Digital Product Development and Design, Sales, and Business Stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance the customer experience and unlock revenue growth. You will report to a senior manager and provide support for their product group across our North America Kitchen & Bath business.

      Specific Responsibilities

      • Fierce advocate for our customers and associates, finding innovative solutions for the problems they face.
      • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute data-driven digital products and features that meet customer needs and drive growth against stated KPIs.
      • Translate business, associate & customer experience opportunities into product requirements, prepare user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
      • Conduct customer discovery and research to understand the problems to solve, jobs to be done, and nuances of R/Etail and Wholesale personas.
      • Lead process and customer journey mapping with key stakeholders, capturing pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning on priorities.
      • Participate in daily and weekly scrum ceremonies to ensure the timely delivery of user stories and sprints, create release communications, and collaborate to improve user engagement.
      • Demonstrate a high degree of curiosity; planning, harvesting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the digital associate and customer experience.
      • Research and analyze to uncover opportunities to optimize sales performance, build testable hypotheses, execute tests and candidly report on outcomes.

      Skills/Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in digital product management, sales enablement, business analysis, or a related field.
      • 2+ years of experience administering or supporting users in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
      • Experience in Agile digital product development processes and methodologies.
      • Experience conducting in-depth customer or user research, including development of customer journey maps and personas, to identify and communicate pain points and opportunities.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
      • Excellent communication, able to distill complex solutions into consumable talking points across a wide audience.
      • Experience with CPQ platforms, analytical programs, data visualization tools preferred.

      The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
