What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct daily activities and provide mentorship to 3-5 application developers
- Serve as technical lead on development projects, ensuring application stability and performance
- Collaborate with project managers and business users to address issues and improve data platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education: college or university degree in a related field
- At least 7 years of work experience in application development
- Strong technical skills in C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with application monitoring and performance metrics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in application development on the ASP.NET framework
- Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience in user interface design with a focus on usability
- Strong presentation and communication skills
