      About Edelman Delta:

We live in a volatile and changing world where people demand more of corporations; where leaders know their organizations need to change and build authenticity, resilience, and trust.

      That change starts with brand.

Edelman Delta is the brand consultancy of Edelman, the world’s leading communications firm. Our team of practitioners spans Chicago, New York, and London. We support organizations worldwide looking to change who they are, how they act, and how they’re seen.

      About the role:

We’re hiring an Associate Director, Brand Strategy to join our brand consultancy. We’re looking for a high-performing, early-experienced leader looking to play a critical role at a young and growing company and can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, creative environment.

In this role, you’ll lead client branding engagements, advising top companies on how to define and implement brand positioning, purpose, identity, and messaging that builds trust. From day one, you’ll be counted on to bring outstanding client service, strategic counsel, team collaboration, and leadership to every engagement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 7-10 years of experience in the brand strategy field and a proven track record of serving as the engagement lead and strategist on a range of consulting engagements.

      • Business Development: field new business inquiries and assemble thoughtful proposals to meet the client needs within the financial objectives of the firm
      • Ambassadorship: establish credibility across the broader firm as a strong representative of Edelman Delta and a valued counsellor
