  Associate Director, Business Systems & Commercial Excellence

  Bayer U.S. LLC’s Indianola, PA, office seeks an Associate Director, Business Systems & Commercial Excellence. This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position that will collaborate cross functionally within the Americas team to develop strategy related to customer experience and enablement via a systems architecture. Will also: (i) collaborate with Global Radiology business leads and partners to represent Radiology America’s requirements, most specifically relating to system infrastructure and strategy enabling the commercial business objectives; (ii) develop a systems strategy to drive customer experience & enablement via our internal and external business systems including but not limited to our Bayer Radiology Product website, e-Commerce websites, Customer Portal, LMS, SAP, IoT platforms and other Salesforce.com applications such as Veeva, Service Max and Marketing cloud.

  This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position within the United States, but the employee must be able to work in the Indianola office two (2) days per week.

  Must have a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Management or a related field plus six (6) years of experience in a related position .

  Experience must include: (i) five (5) years working with digital marketing and e-Commerce ; (ii) four (4) years working with SalesForce Automation (SFA) systems ; (iii) three (3) years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on Radiology; (iv) technical project/program management; (v) utilizing ERP & SalesForce.com CRM applications such as SAP, Salesforce Customer Portal, Veeva, Service Max and Marketing cloud; and (vi) managing large-scale implementations of Enterprise software’s and integrations.

  M ust be able and willing to travel domestically to various unanticipated employer and client locations to provide technical support up to 25% .
