What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clinical and operational programming alongside program Directors
- Inform and develop strategy and new program opportunities
- Own end-to-end process for assigned program
- Act as subject matter expert for Institutional Clinical Value programs
- Lead facility/market facing conversations and coordinate site visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or related field
- Supervisory, coaching, and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in consultative skills and change management processes
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
