Job Title: Client Partner
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who has strong understanding of software services and extensive experience in managing banking clients and preferably Captive clients
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through both virtual and in person connects on a regular cadence
· Innovate new ways of business development with the client and establish strong brand presence as niche software services provider in the market
· Consult with senior management to understand their needs and technical roadmap, creating clear paths to achieve their objectives
· Help establish productive partner networks to support the sales journey
· Identify champions within target accounts and build credibility within the centres of influence with thought leadership
· Manage the full sales cycle from coordination with various solutioning and other specialist resources when needed
· Accurately forecast quarterly revenue attainment and who could manage the portfolio
· Build long-term strategic relationships with target clients and referrals in the agreed marketspace, alliance partners, and identify new market/growth opportunities to establish a strong sales pipeline
