      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the point person for priority projects, understanding requirements, and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
      - Drive Technology Roadmap including Machine Learning (Bots) and PowerBI
      - Coach and mentor team members on addressing open issues and meeting expectations
      - Ensure accuracy of current study budgets for accrual expense recognition
      - Build accountability and recognition through defining, measuring, and reviewing individual and team KPI's

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree is required
      - Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
      - At least 3 years of direct experience as a manager on key projects or initiatives
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills in a cross-functional environment
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to take an idea to an operational plan
